Saturday late afternoon. I have a call to carry out damp survey of small kitchen. Client Dominic from North London says that his wife and daughter are suffering from asthma and he needs urgent advise and job to be done asap. We've agreed that he will call me later on after two other surveys he will have before me in case if they cant deal with it.
Finally Im coming. There was another damp proofer I think fake one as he charged me client 370 gbp for drilling 20 holes and filling up with silicone. He didn't have proper diagnose in place, used material incorrectly and overcharged the Client!!! Person whose family suffer from asthma has been laid and doggy contractor use it to charge this huge amount of money for doing nothing.
Im willing to open web site with such a fake contractors to prevent such situations.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Remember: before you do any work take at least 3 quotes to compare what needs to be done and how much it will cost and what's the best way of dealing with the problem.
